ABSOLUT Sport Frequently Asked Questions
1) When/How will I receive my tickets?
No later than 24-48 hours before the event, you will receive the tickets electronically via Ticketmaster (Using the email that you used for purchasing your package with us today)
Having issues with Ticketmaster or Seatgeek?
** Method of delivery for tickets vary based on the event. We will be informing you upon purchase of that method**
2) How does game day transportation work?
If included in your package, Pickup will be at our designated pickup points or at the central hotels in each city with the specific details and locations listed in the confirmation email you receive.
3) How does hotel check-in work?
Go to the hotel front desk and check in using your name, presenting your ID/passport and credit card for incidentals.
4) Who do I contact if I have questions while I’m in the city?
We will have concierges and on-site staff at our central hotels and you’ll be able to reach out to them for any of your needs or questions.
5) How do I make specific requests for add-ons to my trip?
If you purchase online, Email events@absolut-sport.com for specific add-ons and requests. If you have purchased directly with one of our team, please contact your representative.
6) My tickets aren’t loading into my account… What should I do?

7) They can’t find my booking at my hotel… What should I do?
Email / call the concierge assigned based on your event or your ABSOLUT Sport agent that made the booking for you.
8) I missed my flight… What should I do?
While ABSOLUT Sport can’t refund you for a lost room night, please email / call the concierge assigned based on your event or your ABSOLUT Sport agent that made the booking for you and update us with your new flight itinerary.
9) I don’t see the event I want to attend on your website
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order once payment has been made / begun?

Can I exchange the package I purchased?
No, clients cannot exchange packages that have been sold.
Payment
What are the different payment methods?
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Elo, American Express, Caixa). Bank transfers / wire transfers are also accepted. Please reach out to usa@absolut-sport.com
