No later than 48 hours before the event, you will receive the tickets electronically via Ticketmaster (Using the email that you used for purchasing your package with us today)
Pickup will be at our designated central hotels in each city with the specific details and locations listed in the confirmation email you received.
Go to the hotel front desk and check in using your name, presenting your ID/passport and credit card for incidentals.
We will have concierges and on-site staff at our central hotels and you’ll be able to reach out to them for any of your needs or questions.
While ABSOLUT Sport can’t refund you for a lost room night, please contact us to let us know you will be arriving a day late / later so we don’t cancel your hotel reservation.

We do not offer flights for purchase through our online packages.
We have full packages for Brazil and Argentina from the group stage. We also offer packages for the entire knockout phase.

We reserve excellent hotel options in the city to accommodate groups and individual fans in Double, Twin, and Single accommodations. The prices listed for Double or Twin rooms are per person, sharing the accommodation with another traveler, so to secure your reservation in these types of accommodations, purchases in pairs of packages will only be allowed. Single rooms will be allocated for those who wish to guarantee individual stays. To ensure the comfort and safety of our clients, ABSOLUT Sport is not offering options for triple or quadruple rooms.
No, ABSOLUT Sport does not provide visa issuance assistance.
Cancellation
Yes, according to our terms and conditions, orders can be canceled free of charge within one week, and after that, there is a 20% fee. If the order is placed one week before the event, cancellation is not possible.
No, clients cannot exchange packages that have been sold.
No, re-sale of tickets/packages is prohibited.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Elo, American Express, Caixa). Bank transfers are also accepted.
All payments must be made in US Dollars or Brazilian Real.
