The Rivalry

The Barcelona and Real Madrid rivalry began when the clubs first met in 1902. Since then, there have been over 250 competitive meetings between the two clubs with Madrid leading the head to head with 101 wins to Barcelona’s 98. It is thought to be one of the biggest rivalries in sports history.
